I started on the support side of software — reading tickets closely, understanding exactly where people got stuck, and turning that into clearer answers. That instinct for “where does this actually break down” turned out to be the same instinct AI automation rewards.

Today I split my time between two things that quietly feed each other. At Rank Math, I work directly with customers every day, which keeps me close to real problems in real language. Outside of that, I design AI-driven automation systems — workflows that take the repetitive parts of running a business off someone’s plate.

I’m the founder of Si-Ra, an e-commerce brand I run largely on automation systems I built myself, and I’m the ex-cofounder and current advisor at WinnSEO, where I designed and built the base of our Shopify app.
